Tbhe problem is that the "new settlements" aren't new.
Most are normal growth of existing communities. The only exception is a community, which had bene appropriated by the IDF and is being returned to civilians.

The Arabist State department doesn't care about facts.

"...A new neighborhood in the Jordan Valley community of Maskiot, approved by the Defense Ministry for families expelled from Gush Katif, may be headed for the chopping block before it is even built.

"...Initial development plans include construction of 30 house to be constructed beyond the handful of buildings that already exist. The site was established in 1981 as an IDF base with the specific intention of becoming a town for civilians. Source: HERE

Maskiot was the former community, which was taken as a base and then returned to civilian hands.

I can’t stand Foxman. It is time for him to step down. His “organization” is into gay rights, abortion rights, the general plank of the Democratic party. They do nothing to protect and defend their fellow Jews.
