I fail to see how this case cannot be dismissed given the improper line up and identification.

The changing stories, the withheld exculpatory evidence, etc.

I really hate to say this, because I really don't care, but I'm beginning to wonder if (excluding a small percentage of the population) the United States, of which North Carolina is a part, has any idea what it looks like to the rest of the world.
