Where is FEMA? People are cold, pipes are freezing! They should have been there a week ago, ready to fire up the portable gas heaters, passing out coats and gloves! Illegal aliens are suffering. Oh, my, oh, my! What are they going to do? Let's herd them into some large building and crank up the heat.
Just like here in south Texas. When the temps are predicted to go low (as they are beginning Sunday night, with lows in the mid-20's by mid-week), advisories are issued to open a spigot and let the water slowly drip, to prevent freeze-up. Can't you guys do that also?
