If I may dust off this old chestnut "Many of my best friends are Hispanic." And waving the wand to make the illegals official doesn't bother me because we can use their help in repelling the muslim Hordes. But Jeez man we gotta know who's coming across our border.
I'm with you.I'm troubled by all the illegals and the strain they are putting on our infrastructure.Something is badly broken on our borders.
Yet while saying THAT,I have to be honest.I LIKE most Latinos I meet and I am sure not all of them are legal.I encounter quite a few of them while subbing in our local schools and,while many are far from angels,they are certainly no WORSE behaved than any other ethnic group.As a male,I find I get more respect from them because of my gender and I guess this is consistent with their cultural values.
So while I think its a must that we have better border security,I just can't find it in me to go ballistics over their presence.
The only thing that REALLY worries me is that in ten years they will have a lot to do with turning this country permanently over to the Democratic Party.
