Nifong is an animated example of prosecutorial misconduct. He should immediately be bought before the disciplinary committee of the Carolina Bar for his conduct. And he should be removed from office immediately.

And this "forensic expert" should be utterly ashamed of himself. He let this farce continue to the detriment of what more and more appears to be the three completely innocent young men, which reminds me of the saying "all that evil needs to succeed is for good men to do nothing."

I think that any case where this idiot "professional" has ever testified or submitted evidence should be looked at carefully.....

as someone else has mentioned before, if the Nifongs of the world do this to rich kids, what does he do to poor or middle class kids, kids without parents or backing ????

Perhaps one good thing that could come out of this mess is a legislative/legal solution to punish any prosecutor that goes too far...Nifong, Fitzpatrick, and the kook in West Palm who harassed Rush Limbaugh are just three that come to mind.
