As one who has been involved with doing work for the government and on occassion under some of the various forms that are refered to as "no bid" I often wish I had ten hours to explain just what that often thankless experience is like.

Three words: No bid contracts.

Because, of course, during a war it is productive to engage in 9 month long contracting processes?

Your post #114
I believe that the president and his buddies do want to see a stable and free Iraq. However, they are doing very well in their private investments from all of this... It's the truth.

Your post #164:
Three words: No bid contracts.

I asked for a link to your statement in #114 and your only comeback is no bid contracts which I don't think you know very much about. A serious charge you make accusing the President and others making $$$ on the blood of our country's best. Seems like you could come up with a link, eh?

Three words: No bid contracts

What, exactly do those three words mean?

In what context?

How many companies are there that are capable of fulfilling major logistics contracts in a combat zone?

Are they American companies?
