It looked very positive. It was in a "luncheon" venue (a bit unusual). Very attentive audience. Not a lot of "huah's" but the venue didn't seem to warrant that. They broke out in applause when he said they would be an increase in the size of the army.

Our local stations carried it live...awesome speech. Saw Air Force One flyover about 12:22 eastern...breathtaking!
