These two items are Bush's fault. He is Commander in Chief and there is no excuse. Too bad it has taken him this long to figure it out. We need a President who is strong and who knows how to fight a war.

There's always a learning curve in war. Look to Vietnam, Korea, the World Wars, the Civil War, and the Revolution.

The President KNOWS how to fight the war. It's some of the Congress Critters on the Hill that don't know how to fight...and WIN a war.
