Of course they are. Air America was a disaster. It's obvious mainstream America won't pay (via advertisers) to listen to their tripe, so they have to try and FORCE THE GOVERNMENT to reinstitute the Fairness Doctrine and thus drop conservative talk.

Yep, good point. Since the marketplace rejected Air America, they have to come up with the strategy of not letting the marketplace have access to conservative talk.
