I agree with your socialist future prediction - I saw "Idiocracy" yesterday on DVD - it shows a future where moron voters elect a bodybuilder/pro wrestler president of the U.S. The future is here already in Kalifornia.
For all the amazing ingeniuity and intelligence that we have in abundance here in the US, we are still capable of collectively making the stupidest choices.
