Only because she isn't anti-abortion apparently.
I noticed that in all your ranting and raving you didn't once mention smaller government. You mentioned lower taxes but not cutting spending. You're big on your anti-gay jihad but not on less intrusive government. For you being anti-abortion and anti-gay are the be-all and end-all of conservatism. For me, adherence to core conservative values would have put an end to abortion on it's own by leaving it up to the states to allow or, far more likely, disallow. I don't see where the govenment has a place in a person's sexual orientation.
You ask would I agree that Dr. Tiller be executed "...if laws existed and he were found guilty of violating them by killing third trimester babies????" Well, of course. If laws existed and he was found guilt of violating them and that was the mandated punishment. But the laws don't exist, and I think Kline was a fool for using his office on a personal crusade. If Tiller is guilty of violating the law then have him charged. Don't cook up a bunch of bogus misdemeanor counts and try and do an end run around the local DA. But in spite of all Kline's best efforts it looks like Tiller's acts, while reprihensible, weren't illegal. And unless the Supreme Court overturns or modifies Roe v Wade the won't be.
And if the 11 southern states launch another rebellion then I say we hunt up another Sherman to deal with it.
Hillary has one advantage over Morrison and Nancy Landon Kassebaum Baker. Mrs. Arkansas Antichrist, though a high school "Goldwater girl'" realized a lot earlier that she had no business calling herself a Republican. NLKB hasn't figured that out yet.
And because Mrs. Arkansas Antichrist is a thoroughgoing leftist maniac without visible exception. Oh, and she is superficially married to the worst president (so far) of our lifetimes and a man who, in office, made Herbert Hoover and even Jimmuh Peanut look a lot better in retrospect.
As to gummint spending, why bother talking about it? It isn't coming down in the foreseeable future. As long as a million plus innocent babies are being slaughtered each year, why does gummint spending even find its way on to the radar screen? I assume you have opposed increased gummint spending as I have. Since John Kennedy's last budget in 1963 ($100 billion/60% of it for defense) we have gotten to a multitrillion dollar (2.7?) budget/less than 20% for defense. As babyboomers age, the spending is not likely to go down. We babybomers are selfish and we vote and we shall, no doubt, vote ourselves other people's money. It isn't pretty but it is the truth. Face facts. Your taxes are going up and their is not much your or I can do about it. To cut government spending is a diversionary issue. We need to keep on the issues that matter and the issues that we CAN affect. If you happen to be a pro-abort, conservatives will be happy to make political war upon you, regardless of your party. If not, 50+ million innocent babies slaughtered is a lot more serious business than 11 states seceding ever was.
BTW, as to my anti-lavender (nothing "gay" about homosexual perversion) "jihad," do you think your taxes will increase or decrease if and when "spousal" benefits are granted to lavender queens and their consorts? Will the cost of your goods and services increase or decrease if and when private companies are forced by gummint bureaucracy to recognize an obligation to pay "spousal benefits" to queer couples? What will that do for the cause of decreasing the size and intrusiveness of government???? Can similar programs requiring dog-lovers' employers to provide for Bowser and cat-lovers' employers to provide for Sylvester be that far in the future????? Fish-lovers' pensions payable to the bereaved surviving guppies???
50+ million innocents slaughtered vs. a little tax increase for Non-Sequitur. No contest. The babies are a LOT more important.
Did you know that Sherman's son, who turned out a lot better than the old man, was a Jesuit priest way back when the Jebbies were still Catholic. The general was not Catholic but Sheridan was. Of course, the Jesuit Sherman and his father were somewhat estranged.
