There was a great Carousel in Bayville, in the sand....might have been Dentzel or a Goldstein..you could reach for the now outlawed ring as well.

We went there on friday nights in the summer and swam in the sound accross the street, which was Baywille Ave. We lived about 3 blocks from there.
