Yep

Start games earlier.

Have a 16 team tournament with the conference champions from the major conferences automatic births and then seed by recored. It would be over by the first weekend in January.

They could do playoffs like the NFL, leading up to NCAA National Championship Saturday the day before Super Bowl Sunday. Can you imagine the party possibilities?
