No. I am pointing out that no matter the headline, or the page length, a deal may be flawed. And what ultimately matters is the execution on the ground. And any Reservations thereto [either in the paperwork, or in the actual lack of good will] may tip the balance.
In principal, the shorter the paper the better. As Ron Paul has said, the longer the agreement, the less this sounds like free trade.
