It's unlikely the target survived taking one of those in the chest.

I have no doubt that we have snipers this good or better in our Special Forces.
Why hasn't our wimpy government tasked them to do a whole lot of this sort of thing in Iraq?
Just do it. No need to brag -- or to even admit we did it...
If they turn the pig into a martyr -- so what? His funeral and grave just become "target-rich environments"...
For that matter, why aren't we already "harvesting" ragheads at Saddam's tomb? (No one who hates Saddam is going to go there -- unless they are ____ing on his grave -- and they are obviously not targets...)
