You know, it looks like the Dems are going to reject funds for the "surge" in Iraq. What do you want to bet the president is fine with that.
1) It makes the Rats looks like what they are.
2) If the military brass doesn't want more troops, then this is a good way out of ignoring the Baker recommendations.
Mike says there are ways around the funding.....I hope he is right...he thinks Bush will get what he wants, again I hope he's right....I just don't know what to think anymore....I keep reminding him that that is what they did during the VN war....he says it won't happen again, not with this President......anyways, he's already scheduled to be back there in 07.....
