Everyone should work. No able bodied man or woman shall receive handout on a "You just sit on my butt" basis.
I wonder how long before employer's paying into the system becomes mandatory.
This is removing all free market controls.
Except one.
Business now have an added incentive to leave.
The only employers left will be the institutional employers which is what the left loves. People as slaves to large instituttions which the left can control.
