How do they notify you if you need to shelter in place? Do they have a reverse 9-1-1 there, like in parts of east Harris Co. near the refineries? Did you have to do that today?
Ah, I have the TV news on now and see that the light wind (3 mph) was from the NW, anyway. Nalco spokesperson and SLFD chief are supposed to be on in a little while to wrap it all up.
