Breyer seemed to think one line zingers took the place of intellectual discussion. He's a lightweight, dyed in the wool socialist who is only now admitting he made an error in a decision. Didn't get to hear it all, so not sure which decision he was regretting.
I didn't stick for the whole thing, either.. I was disgusted by his comments.
