They spend so much time bashing the President and republicans that nothing would change if the fairness doctrine were in effect.
Surely FNC has more lefties than honorable commentators.

Let's not forget punishing the oil companies and wanting legislation denying any drilling in ANWR.
Don't hear any talk of punishing Wall St. execs.....cause they donate to the dems.

And the media had nothing to do with framing the issues. They insisted it was only republicans who were corrupt. Very little mention of the cold cash congressman, or Reid's land deals, Abrahamoff connections, etc.

I read the Mexican's plan to march again on May 1st.. too bad us working people don't have a march of our own to send a message.

When will you morons figure out that conservatives did NOT stay home. They went to the polls and voter for Republicans. The reason Republicans lost is because both liberals and moderates voted for Democrats.
Yes. That's right. Conservatives do not have a majority of voters. There are lots and lots of voters who have no particular clue and vote with those who are most convincing at the time. Those are the voters who swayed the election.
Our problem is that we failed to convince those without political convictions that conservativism is right. Our leaders, like McCain and Frist and yes, George Bush allowed the press and the Democrats to sway public opinion on the war.
Instead of beating up on conservatives, how about electing some leaders who know how to speak in public?

You're right. The Dems are doing what Dems do...no cause for anger.
Republicans have abandoned the Constitution and taken corruption to new levels and that is cause for anger.
Neither party can be trusted with money and power.

So conservatives did not vote for Casey in Pennsylvania?
They didn't vote for conservative (pretending congressmen)
Conservatives never thought to punish the first President Bush either. Nope, they didn't stay home at all. (revising the facts doesn't make them true)

Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid will show you soon enough. Here's some predictions:
LOL!
Your predictions are not the "even one example" I asked for.

The conservatives did, if fact, vote Republican. The voter turnout was high. The problem wasn't that conservatives stayed home. The problem was that the vast middle without political affiliation voted Democrat almost exclusively.
They shouted their anger and then held their noses and voted Republican.
Conservatives aren't the problem. RINOS, who by definition, do not spread the conservative message, are the problem.

You're right on. Mexicans are willing to hit the streets with their demands...Americans aren't.

I gladly voted for Bush as a Republican.
Where you and others error, those who sat at home or as you call conservative arn't.
The folks who are Constitutional. Party, Libertarian, etc. are all third party and in many cases their platform is more liberal than anything else.
These are the useful idiots not the conservatives.
Many on FR who people call uber conservatives don't understand, they are third party, see above, not conservatives.
Those who call idiots, conservative Republican like me who voted for Bush are actually a useful idiot themselves dividing the Republican party.

Keep proving the RNC's incompetence will you.
Where was the counter attack? Again, pro-family, low taxes, smiling Politician (Sometimes posing with family and the dog) while the media undercuts everything about them.
Offense was severely lacking in '06. I would have been a little elated if the RNC just lit the match and burned all bridges with the democrats by unleashing hell on them.
Of course the election could have ended up worse but at least it would have "painted" an awful picture in the minds of the electorate (Going into '08) on just how hypocritical and dangerous the dems are.

Dear Poster; you are in violation of the latest P.C. ban on descriptive nouns, i.e. idiots. Please correct and repost with the more suitable phrase for such members of our inclusive society, "person(s) who has (have) been adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction to lack the capacity to understand". Your cooperation in this matter will prevent future action on the part of advocates for the adjudicated incompetent legal educational defense AFAILED; thank you.

What the conservative useful idiots have brought us: Week one.
This bilge is really getting old
For all you true "Republicans" out there who call conservatives stupid & traitors, here is something for you to chew on.
The Dims failed to field candidates in 8 of the House races. The GOP, a.k.a the "Stupid Party", failed to field them in 43 races.
So for all of you mathematically challenged hardcore Republicans, this means that your leadership spotted the Dims a 35 seat lead at the start of the election cycle.

ROFL!
Bush is not a Conservative.
"I have little interest in streamlining government or in making it more efficient, for I mean to reduce its size. I do not undertake to promote welfare, for I propose to extend freedom. My aim is not to pass laws, but to repeal them. It is not to inaugurate new programs, but to cancel old ones that do violence to the Constitution or that have failed their purpose, or that impose on the people an unwarranted financial burden. I will not attempt to discover whether legislation is ``needed'' before I have first determined whether it is constitutionally permissible. And if I should later be attacked for neglecting my constituents "interests,'' I shall reply that I was informed that their main interest is liberty and in that cause I am doing the very best I can"...Barry Goldwater, a real Conservative.

Breyer and Ruth Bader Ginsburg are the same as Roberts and Alito. Thomas.
Dems pass tax cutting legislation. The dems want to cut capital gains taxes. The dems want to end the death tax?
Whatever you are smoking, it's got to be illegal.
