Couldn't a company move its headquarters there and enjoy paying no taxes? Absolutely. But they move to a more hospital climate instead. Bermuda, the Caymans, the Netherlands Antilles, etc.

Nope. It's not a real country. The guy who owns it claims it is a tax haven.
But's it's really just a loony in a rusty shack.

or better yet just HOST a P.O. box there for companies from all over the place to declare there home base there and skip trillions in taxes.
