I surely did enjoy "The Lord's Prayer" explained that way. We say it every Sunday but never stop to think what we are praying. Thanks much~~~~

Thank you, Dubya, for letting us know of the tragic loss of U.S. Marine Corporal Tyler Trovillian and the youth center named for him. He will always be remembered this way, and always missed.

More proud FR military families of new grads:
My Grandson is Now a Marine - William Henry Smith Posted on 01/07/2007 7:03:04 PM PST by TNoldman
My Grandson just Graduated from Parris Island, NC Marine Recruit Training on January 5, 2007. I (and my family) are so proud of him my eyes tear up at the thoughts of seeing him the first time in his uniform.
What we saw was 500 slim clean-cut young men -fine looking Marines. What a fantastic job the DI's did in just 3 months. I wish I could thank each one of those DI's personally.
I would like to post his picture in front of the Iwo Jima Memorial at Parris Island but I'm not sure how to do it.
Thanks for listening, Proud Grandpa and Proud Family!
Also, see post #64 on that thread from a proud Pop of a Coastie grad!
