FoxNews said that they stopped a truck, the driver had proper ID. But when they questioned him, his answers arose suspicion. When asked, he also said, that he was alone, but when the authorities checked the truck, they found 2 men of Middle Eastern descent hiding in the truck.

If it was all legit, why did the driver lie?

FoxNews also said that the FBI, Homeland security are meeting to figure it all out, so they are taking it seriously.

Update: The 2 ME men were hiding in the front, in the cab, not in the cargo part of the truck.

Did they have a search warrant? If not, then Bush should be impeached. </sarc>

I have a feeling that a lot of people have airport passes who shouldn't, since "profiling" isn't allowed.

If this guy lied to the police, he should lose his pass.

More from FoxNews: Cargo area of the port is closed.

FN says the authorities haven't opened the cargo area of the truck, nor are they near the truck.

(My speculation -- are they concerned it's full of explosives and it's boobytrapped?)

Probably waiting for a search warrant.

The interesting question to me will be "How long does it take for them to get a search warrant?"

The Dems have made it sound like a search warrant in these cases is automatic for the asking, and virtually instantaneous.

"The men were believed to be in the country legally and were being questioned by authorities.

"Two of the men reportedly are of Iraqi and Lebanese descent and authorities have a warrant out for one of the three, sources said."

I actually expect there are a lot of squeaky clean mohammedans making lots of "Dry runs" while covered by some sort of plausible deniability. They will continue making such "Dry runs" until their actions no longer arouse suspicion. Then will come the real deal.
