Do we know for certain yet whether the cargo truck was picking something up or dropping something off?
Trying to make a delivery according to FOX. The driver either was told he needed a day pass or he only had a day pass. I've heard both, so perhaps we'll have to wait for the news conf.
My question is this--WHY was he trying to sneak two others INTO the port?
A container with no manifest on a ship would have been stopped out at sea.
These lads were trying to drive into the Port.
