I dont think there is anything to this story. The next terror attack will be like the last one, big explosions, shocking (although less than before 9/11), people glued to the story.
This might be some amateurs or something. Remember the Big Raid in Liberty City this past year where the suspects were talking about blowing up the Sears Tower....that went nowhere.
