"Supposedly these 3 guys are here LEGALLY, and are not on terrorist list..but, the manifest was wrong... "

Look forward to a LOT more of this. Homeland Security is missing 100,000 resident application files and went ahead and issued them papers anyway. Just the agency we need to administer another guest worker program of 12 to 20 million people.

More Than 100,000 U.S. Government Immigration Files Missing 12/13/2006 10:03:53 AM

The GAO discovered that of the naturalization applications adjudicated in 2005, about 30,000 --or about 4 percent of them -- may have been adjudicated without access to the aliens' files.

An investigation by the Government Accountability Office revealed that the US government processed about 30,000 citizenship applications even though the office of the US Citizenship Immigration Services acknowledged they were missing 110,000 A-Files or alien files.(snip)

Speculation: Is this a dry run?

Reportedly the only contents of the truck were 2 55 gal drums, contents unknown. At this point, I think the more relevant question is whether they were there for pickup or delivery. If it was to pick something up, what was it, where is it now, and where were they going with it?

So, let's suppose the three perps have a small business repairing Moslem-driven taxicabs in the Miami area, and they're fresh out of 55 gallon barrels to store the used oil ~ AND they don't want to pay the disposal fee.

Just put the barrels on a truck, run down to the port where the cruise ships leave, and just as they leave dump the oil in the slip.

Who would be the wiser? It's Sunday. Security is light. Cruise ships leave a greasy trail anyway.

That $10,000 fine another Freeper noted above would have sure paid for legitmate oil disposal for years and years.

Anyway, just speculating, but it's probably going to come down something like that.

Oh yes, and even hand-embroidered.

Serious answer to serious question: I've been wondering what took them so long to bring in HazMat too. If I was in charge, I would have had the bomb squad AND HazMat there from the beginning.

Still, it's Arabs, not Islam, with a "dog" problem.

They are using 'Islam' as an excuse at the airport.

Hazmat trucks left scene. Must be all clear on that front. However, the bomb squad is still there.

Per FNC: Hazmat truck left. Hopefully that's good news.

If the manifest says it was non-hazardous and it is hazardous, its a $ 10,000 fine. These government hazmat regulations are pretty thorough.

Only $10,000? Oh, that'll keep people honest. What a serious deterent. ;)

Assuming that this ends up being the explanation, I would like those idiots fined to the max for all of the trouble and expense they have caused.

However, one of these times the explanation isn't going to be innocuous, and this may be the time.

It reminds me of those strange and poorly-done AOL homepages from years ago when AOL was sort of new. Wierd indeed. What's with the mermaid?
