Good point for a national sales tax. Looks like the only way to get these folks to pay their way. Withdraw or reduce the deduction for low income when they can't prove their imigrant status...

Maybe I don't understand this properly, but if the person has a fake SSN and having it deducted from their wages, why wouldn't they also try to file for the Socialist Redistribution Act a.k.a. earned income credit? I'm sure a lot of them do.
