I suggest as a prize the winner of this thread get the complete works of Newt Gingrich. Talk about a poster child for the single-issue voter. It was Newt who engineered the 1996 Republican revolution. We are foolish if we let his baggage in some areas prevent us from using his abilities to win again. If the Republicans would fight even half as hard for what they believe as the Democrats do we would still in the majority. The way the fail to support one of their own who is having difficulty is obscene. I'm not talking about situations like the Foley thing either, I'm talking about the lack of willingness to fight when the Dems and the MSM are handing out daily doses of lies and spin.
