My understanding of the law is that all debts have to be settlable in American money. So if they will accept American money in payment of debts, no problem. They can accept Mexican as well, if they want.
Just a little businessman trying to provide a better service to his costumers. Or get his business noticed amongst all the other pizza joints. Big fat hairy deal.

No, U.S. dollars being legal tender here means you must accept them if they are offered to you, though you could accept pesos or wampum in settlement of a debt if you wanted to.

I wish someone would ping the Gold-bugs to this thread, since they think the Dollar is worthless fiat anyway and settle their debts to each other with trinkets.
