Terrorists battling terrorists. Either one wins, it's still the same problem.
But Ramius has a good point in that there will be significantly less terrorists after they kill each other off in this fight for power.
I just think it is better that they aim their guns at each other instead of over the borders. Maybe Israel can get a little break while the Paleosimians duke it out.
