My wife get's instant migraines from MSG and we think it may be the cause of our niece's siezures. For a cheap and easy ramen substitute minus the MSG, go to an asian market and buy Sobe noodles, (same noodles used in Yakisoba, double check the ingredients to make sure no MSG) and mix with the organic broth of your choice. It's still cheap, quick to make, and yummy.
