I often start a soup by rendering a nice piece of salt pork, which is almost entirely pork fat. I serve the soup with plenty of bread so that every drop of broth can be sopped up.
Dish washing on soup night at the Magslinger Compound is a breeze!

i have no problem with anyone else eating pork fat, or liking pork fat.
i actually got hungy when i was watching the indiana jones movie where they were eating snakes and monkey brains, or whatever it was, and went for a snack.
