If a POTUS refuses to perform his constitutional duties, don't you think he should be subject to removal?

I don't believe that you are intellectually qualified to make such a judgment. It's easy for you to call the hypotheticals' from your armchair, but most of us don't' see that as a credible assessment on your part.

By the rules of Congress, the President has done nothing that is in violation of his duties. In fact, on the contrary, he has gone well beyond what is required of him in every way, to uphold his oath and execute his duties.

He is not popular for his courage to do what is necessary, but that is something to be admired in the Man, not vilified.
