I'd say that they have made a mistake on this "list of votes" page.

The link you referred me to shows that Brownback voted along with Clinton, Obana, McCain, Chafee, Jeffords, etc., Democrats and Rinos. They all voted for S2611 the comprehensive immigration bill.

I must admit that I was shocked by Brownback’s and Lugar’s votes.

-- Brownback is also responsible for importing thousands of African muslim tribesmen and dumping them in Maine, SC, Virginia and California to live on welfare - after making sure they would never be put in his homestate of Kansas. FYI Rino alert.
