Everything is a "social disaster" to these guys. Why not just ask whether justice is being done? That's all we're talking about here.
That same aspect of the piece stood to me as well. The ONLY real disaster in this debacle is the continuing injustice done to these boys, yet injustice is not even mentioned as part of this so-called "social disaster."
What it REALLY is is a judicial disaster.
