Washington Post and Senator Biden have pronounced the war is lost. Still using Viet Nam analogy. They have decided to lose the WOT and especially Iraq.
Seemingly, they have the public supporting their position if the polls are anywheres near accurate.
The RATS and the MSM wanted us to lose and are intending we do lose in order to gain power. The only Viet Nam comparison really applicable is they are engineering a US defeat for personal power.

I've always said the democrats want Bush to lose but would do anything to avoid doing it themselves.

The Post ran the story and Biden plagerized it.

That makes me sick!!
However, now, unlike during the Viet Nam era, we have the internet and other media outlets for our news and we must use it to "organize and mobilize our troops" to get the truth out there!

Two years is a long time. If we conjure up the cojones to clean up Iraq, comments like these should come back to haunt the defeatists.

Sounds like a gaggle of freepers here to be frank. The defeatism by so called conservatives is making them sound identical to Pelosi and Biden.

...he believes top officials in the Bush administration have privately concluded they have lost Iraq and are simply trying to postpone disaster so the next president will "be the guy landing helicopters inside the Green Zone, taking people off the roof," in a chaotic withdrawal reminiscent of Vietnam. Wishful thinking, Joe. Why don't you just shut your yap?

It always amazes me how democrats equate a loss for America as being a win for them. Amazed, but not suprised.

The people had had enough with the war seemingly going nowhere and the president saying that we were winning. The people spoke and we got a democratic congress.
The tragedy is that this congress is very likely to try to appease the forces that want to kill us and make this country a theocracy.
Bush, for all his faults, is more likely to ward off the invaders than the dems.

Why shouldn't he think he can elected? We have Nancy and Reid as leaders now. Maybe he knows just how stupid we really are.
