I'll bet those condo fees won't be coming back down....raised supposedly because of high energy costs.
Around here (Philly metropolitan area), where the utilities are as corrupt as the Democrats in their pockets, a warm winter always means a boost in rates - - to make up for profits lost as a result of the warm winter.
