No one will agree but my solution to solving this and other illegal immigration problems would be to grant duel citizenship(Mexican citizenship/American citizenship) to all U.S. and Mexican residents. They could move up here but we could move down there. Mexico could become a super California. We could be build subdivisions, retirement communities, golf courses, malls, factories and American restaurants. We could create enough good jobs down there that there would be no need for the poor Mexicans to swim the river. I know this is a pipe dream now but there is evidence the U.S. government is moving in this direction.
They have more jobs and resources there than most countries. Every thing from VW to Sony.
Most of these folks prefer a very limited education.
I live in San Diego. I see it here with them.

Not only free money, housing, etc. but it becomes more of them than Americans. Many will tel you what their bottom line is.
