why? he'll get the nomination. the way the dims have whined about "anybody but bolton" confirmation is a given
Oh, I don't think so. The rules have changed and the Senate Dems believe they now have the right to dictate appointments. I hope I'm wrong, but I think this Congress is going to be a very bumpy ride.
