Natty is not listed in the Wiki, but other sources state that she is a assistant professor of theology at Boston College *cringe*.

She didn't see any evidence? Not even in the week before the 2004 election when UBL released the video tape admitting that he blew the WTC and Pentagon up, and ensuring President Bush's victory? She didn't see that?
I sure did.

Interesting. A professor bases a conclusion or finding on the LACK of evidence.

One cannot waste what one doesn't have.

'I Do Not Find Any Evidence that Would Make Me Agree that Osama bin Laden Was Behind the Attack on the Twin Towers'

I do not find any evidence that would make me agree that Professor Natana DeLong-Bas is a living human being, therefore harvesting that pile of biomedical excrement for potential stem cell material or transplant parts would be perfectly ethical

OOHHHH...I LOVE that word...."Academentia"

I'm stealing it for my new tagline, if that's okay?

I have a friend who teaches at Boston College. They have some real nut cases there. But you'd think they'd know better than to hire a freak like this.

Some people can't help being nutcases, but the question is, why on earth do prominent universities that could pretty much hire whoever they wanted settle on someone like this?

As for Brandeis, sometimes it seems as if they want to be for Judaism what the Jesuit colleges are for Catholicism. It's a real shame what has happened to our universities.

I couldn't even get through more than 2 paragraphs of this tripe. The author needs to go through deprogramming.

How does one find evidence when they spend their time with their head up their ass?

Ah Ha....

"The issue is more complicated than that. The political conditions in the Islamic world, like the Palestinian issue, which has lasted 60 years, [the issue of] Iraq, and the American government's tying [the hands of] the U.N. [and preventing it] from adopting any resolution against Israel, have definitely added to the Muslim youth's state of frustration, which then pushes them to - as they understand it - help their brothers do away with the aggression against them, in the various Islamic countries... [This is happening] at a time in which all political options have been closed off. That is why I believe that religion has nothing to do with this. The activities of the [Islamist] groups stems from the escalation of the crises in the region, which causes this frustration which ultimately leads to nothing but armed operations..."

Admitting it and mocking those on the flight who didn't know it was a suicide mission. Ha ha, they were fooled.

If we finally get him, I hope we kill him. Holding him in custody would cause substantial problems.

Other than the fact that the SOB took credit for it. Plenty of circumstantial evidence, and the testimony of his driver, all points that way as well.

What A MAROON!

"I am here with my husband and my two sons because I want them to get to know Saudi Arabia so they can see for themselves that everything that is said about Saudi Arabia in the U.S. is inaccurate. "

This "academic" models no objectivity whatsoever. The extremism of many aspects of Saudi culture is revealed in events, time to time posted at Free Republic from national news sources, that stands in stark opposition to that statement. Therefore, those familiar with the contemporary Middle East can conclude this "academic" is nothing but a "tool" used by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia much as Pastor Rick Warren, in his naivety and gullibility, was used by the Syrians in recent weeks.

This "academic," much like Warren, have already settled opinions of the Middle East, and are only attempting, through their efforts, to fit the square peg in the round hole. Nothing will be solved, and the blame for the failure to achieve peace will not be put at the feet of Islam and the Arabs, but as we see, more and more on Israel.

Likewise, friend and associate David J. Jonsson has extensively researched Sayyed Qutb and Abd al-Wahhab, as well as the Muslim Brotherhood. He has spent his entire career working with major corporations in the United States and Japan and with multilateral agencies that brought him to more that fifteen countries with significant or majority populations who are Muslim. These exposures provided insight into the basic tenants of Islam as a political, economic and religious system. He became proficient in Islamic law (Shariah) through contract negotiation and personal encounter.

His credentials have far more weight, at least with me, than "professor" Natana DeLong-Bas, and his conclusions on many of these issues are in direct opposition to hers.

This is is further evidence of how brainwashed PC multiculturalism has completely crippled us academically before the onslaught of the Islamist thought war.

"...That the totalitarian force pitted against freedom wears a religious makes this civil war among mankind all the more difficult to engage. Loving freedom as we do, it seems reprehensible to deliberate against a religion. But this is no ordinary religion as it demands absolute obedience of all to their religion at the cost of freedom itself." [FReeper Backtothestreets]

Considering OBL admitted to it himself, I would say this professor is a scruffy-looking nerf-herder.
