Now, according to a caller to Howie's show, travelinni and dimassi don't have quorum to hold a 'reconsideration' vote. Pleased as I am that the amendment gets to go to the voters, I can't account for why the 'rats held this vote. They had seemed determined to subvert the rule of law and violate the Commonwealth's constitution... I wonder what changed their mind....or did they figure they could just kill it with this 'reconsideration' maneuver.

They have another chance to kill it next year -- it has to pass in two consecutive Con-Cons.

Somehow...someway....they'll kill it.

Someone said Romney would not sign for their pay raises unless they voted. I don't know if that is true.
Isaacson, who is head of teachers unions in MA, and head gay lobbyist, and her crew, have been pressuring the legislature NOT to vote, to let it die. So has Devil. According to Isaacson, if it goes to the ballot, they do not have the votes to keep it from passing.
I don't put it past the gays to prevent this amendment form going on the ballot. No matter what it takes.
