I've saved the Constitution, BOR and Declaration in "Word", the BOR was right above the Declaration, and I mis read!. Thanks for the catch.

Although, the implication is, our founders believed that an unjust government should not stand. Perhaps this is why we have the Second Ammendment to the Constitution?
