If one wants a list of future "dying" languages, just start naming off the current European ones.

On the other hand, if Science Fiction & Fantasy conventions are any indication, Klingon and Elvish will eventually be listed among the "international" languages..
Actually, Gaelic is also very popular at SF&F conventions as well..
This may account for some of it's comeback..

They'll be replaced by Arabic.

As a purely self-defensive measure, this may be true..

I've seen the above title, and read a bit in it, but not read it. Searching for it turned up Language Death: The Life Cycle of a Scottish Gaelic Dialect by Nancy C. Dorian, which I'd otherwise not seen.

LOL! I think you can pretty much call a language dead if there are fewer fluent speakers than Klingon.
