Your logic is that since drug dealers use cell phones, NOBODY should use them.

Blame the object, not the person using it. (or could it be that because YOU don't like cell phones then NOBODY should have them?) Either way you sound like a liberal.

We should ban the Internet, because SOME people use it for dealing drugs, setting up terrorist attacks, trading child porn, etc.

Gang bangers love cell phones and beepers. At one time it was against the law in some states for students to have beepers. Then cell phones and soccer moms came along. Now that the soccer moms rule, the law doesn't apply to cell phones, go figure.
