I'm glad you brought this up Amish Dude. Can someone tell me what the original 11th amendment to the constitution was? Maybe I will help. Amendments to the constitution are tabled like any bill. The difference being that a motion that sits for thirty days will be removed and the process would have to be started over. The Amendment that I refer to is, tabled and has to be voted, that is true to any Amendment it will remain until this is done. The bill I refer to is the one that mentions the fact that a lawyer may not be elected to any public office. This Amendment must still be on the table, and for some strange reason it is never brought up, I think it may have also had something to do with ending slavery and was written by Abraham Lincoln. Was he considered to be one of the greatest minds in the history of the United States Government. You don't have a national observence for being a slouch. Maybe there will be a Bush or Clinton holiday, HUH?
