Good for President Bush. As an evangelical, I am very pleased.

Evangelicals don't want the president to protect the rights of US citizens as guaranteed by the Constitution?

I think Clarence Thomas would disagree with your position.

If you look up the WTO, Doha and TRIPS and Africa, you'll see that Mr. Bush is doing this EXACTLY for the 'payback' US taxpayers will fund, for the globalists to collect. He never does ANYTHING that defends the rights of American citziens, that I can tell.

I can't believe how cold-hearted and stingy some Conservatives are. They are the ones who give Republicans a bad name.

'For there will never cease to be poor in the land. Therefore I command you, ‘You shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor, in your land.’
—Deuteronomy 15:11

Honor the Lord with your wealth
and with the firstfruits of all your produce;
then your barns will be filled with plenty,
and your vats will be bursting with wine.
—Proverbs 3:9-10

Whoever brings blessing will be enriched,
and one who waters will himself be watered.
—Proverbs 11:25

Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord,
and he will repay him for his deed.
—Proverbs 19:17

Whoever closes his ear to the cry of the poor
will himself call out and not be answered.
—Proverbs 21:13

Whoever has a bountiful eye will be blessed,
for he shares his bread with the poor.
—Proverbs 22:9

But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
—Matthew 6:3-4

I suppose that withdrawing from the ABM treaty and keeping the U.N. at arms length to some degree doesn't qualify as defending our rights? As well as using military force to defeat our enemies? Also, protecting gun rights? Letting tax payers keep more of their own money? Battling for private Social Security accounts? Signing the bill with that places restrictions on eminent domain?
