I usuallly milk the cows when Im Freeping
I've been 5 times, only twice as an adult (I think, can't recall - was very close several other times, but don't think I went all the way in), and never during cherry blossoms. That was on my life list, but will probably have to be forgotten now. *sigh*
patches and lozenges together??
Absolutely.
Well..I was talking about your big blast..
But, I also agree totally about VP Cheney...he is a wonderful guy, and I would vote for him in a minute for POTUS..
However, I have a feeling Lynne Cheney would not let him...he has done plenty for this country...and he gets treated very badly.
They have a ranch in Wyoming, and some grandchildren that I think they will enjoy...
Oh, bless his heart.
I can vividly remember my trip and looking up at Lincoln's statue and crying.
Feel better. And remember, we still are one nation under God unless we let it be otherwise.
Couldn't get a plane out of Taos.
Sorry about the soaps lingo. Anyway, I am just surprised to not see him married. I had such a crush on him back then.
Frankly, I would love to see Lynn Cheney run for President!
No, he didn't push him out of the way. I think Dick wanted Steve to come up there for the private moment with his mom at the casket.
He seemed just the tiniest bit unncomfortable about being right there, when there was family all around. The VP just graciously handed her over - she really could've used both of them, but I think Mr Cheney knew it was a family moment - which it was.
Think anyone would actually leave America?
I'm re-watching it now...it's about to happen
Better some rich kid than the likes of slick willie.
I agree, Sleuth. There is nobody, besides Rummy, with a finer resume of public service than Dick. I think he gets treated badly because he takes such a back seat. Whenever we see him in the public eye making a fine speech, our hearts swell with pride. I wish the country would get to know him like we do. Well, you never know...stranger things have happened.
They BOTH make me *thud* (falling over in a swoon).
That's how I felt at Jefferson's. I've always felt close to him in an indescribable way.
Me, too.
I have had her name in my tagline for a while now...but, like Rick Santorum, I think anyone other than McCain, Guiliani or Romney will have to have a true grass roots groundswell to get them the publicity they would need.
I was a little girl. I knew JWB had shot him.
