Well we all know that in the end the Office of Planning and zoning will rule that Pig racing isnt zoned in that area ,but Mosques are.

Don't be too sure, Texans can be pretty innovative when we need to. Maybe a hog lard rendering plant up wind of this mosque would be a good plan. Those smell even worse than a hog feed lot.
I think there should be at least 5 races a day,scheduled to coincide with any and all calls for prayer.And of course the finish line should point towards mecca,,,,,,
