Thanks for pointing out the obvious. Anyone with an ounce of research skill (and the desire) can find out the basis of the modern celebrations of Christmas and Easter. They are pagan celebrations adapted to serve modern christianity, just like the observance of Sunday as the Sabbath. Why people insist on following their forefathers' blind ignorance is something I don't understand.

I'm amazed that Christians have allowed Halloween to be a pagan celebration. Maybe that is why it is not an "official" holiday.
