This is jsut another illustration of why Dems can't be trusted with national security. Their "solution" is talk, talk, talk, have committees, increase bureaucracy but avoid any effective actions at all costs.

Also looks like she wants to give nukes to anyone who asks for it -- it worked so well for N Korea...

It looks interesting on paper. She wants to get the world to use a fuel that is more difficult to make bombs out of should it be diverted.
